- Cost Estimation : Calculate material costs, labor costs, equipment expenses, and overheads to prepare comprehensive project estimates.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination : Obtain quotes with material suppliers, subcontractors, and other service providers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Value Engineering : Identify opportunities for cost savings through value engineering techniques while maintaining project requirements and quality standards.
- Risk Assessment : Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
