Location : Phoenix, AZ, 85012
Hybrid / Remote : Primarily remote, but on-site presence required as needed, including the first three days of employment.
Position Description :
- Work closely with IT teams including Information Security, Service Desk, QA, Production Support, and vendors to maintain a stable, high-performing infrastructure and applications.
- Own and oversee planning, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure and applications.
- Proactively monitor and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Enhance team efficiency through DevOps and automation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and procedures for systems and team functions.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Administer and manage multi-tiered COTS applications, cloud services, servers, storage, security appliances, Active Directory, and remote access solutions.
- Follow IT Service Management processes, including ticketing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Skills Required :
Experience with multi-tiered application architecture.Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and client OS.Knowledge of Linux Server OS.Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell or similar tools.Strong customer service and communication skills.Organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work within established policies and guidelines.Additional Details :
