Responsive Centers is a large Psychology practice, and we are growing! We are currently looking for a full-time, dependable, and motivated entry-level receptionist to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Schedule, cancel, and change patient appointments.
- Check patients in.
- Collect copays and balances due.
- Upload documents into EMR.
- Make reminder calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Customer Service experience.
- Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good phone voice with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Must maintain confidentiality and follow HIPPA laws.
Education :
High School or Equivalent.
