- PipelineManagement : Manage the sales pipeline from leadgeneration to closure. Track leads followup on opportunities and ensure timely progression of deals throughthe salescycle.
- Collaboration : Work closely with our technical team to ensure seamlessimplementation and integration of IT solutions for clients.
Collaborate with marketing to developtargeted campaigns and initiatives to drive sales in the retailsector. Interact with clients vendors contractors andvisitors to ensure smooth project implementation and ongoingsupport.
MarketInsights : Stay informed about industry trends competitorofferings and emerging technologies in the retail sector.
Use market insights to identify newbusiness opportunities and tailor sales strategiesaccordingly.
- Researchand Presentation : Conduct research compile data andprepare papers for consideration and presentation toproject / organizationalleadership.
- TechnicalExpertise : Provide technical support to IT systems teamwhen required. This may involve testingsoftware applications completing customer service requests andproviding timely updates to electronic managementsystems.
- Maintaincompliance with all applicable policies procedures and local / globalstandards.
Requirements
- BachelorsDegree in systems engineering computer science or related fieldpreferred
- Proventrack record in sales within the retail sector preferably in ITsolutions or relatedfield
- Strongtechnical expertise in system implementation development andmaintenance. SQL and Network knowledge isanasset
- Excellent communication and negotiationskills
- Abilityto attend to detail and work in a timeconscious and timeeffectivemanner
- Resultsdrivenmindset with a passion for exceedingtargets
- Fluentin Spanish and Englishrequired
