Human Resource Services Specialist - Bilingual

Join a dynamic, people-focused team in the manufacturing and food production industry! We’re looking for a dedicated HR Services Specialist who is passionate about supporting associates, managing HR processes, and contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage workers’ compensation claims intake and data entry.

Guide injured associates through the claims process.

Coordinate return-to-work activities with insurance carriers, HR, and managers.

Support weekly payroll processing and serve as a back-up payroll processor.

Administer time management systems, including training and troubleshooting.

Maintain accurate and timely payroll record updates.

Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and provider communication.

Provide HRIS system support and act as a subject matter expert for UKG associate records.

Serve as back-up recruiter during high-volume hiring periods for entry-level positions.

What You Bring :

High school diploma or higher required.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration or related field.
