Responsibilities
- Greets customers as they arrive for service
- Suggest proper service intervals and repairs
- Establish a professional relationship with each client
- Exceed customer expectations
- Follow up and review work orders with every client
- Always wear a smile
- Be prompt and efficient in the role
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
