Sports Medicine and Primary Care Physician
OhioHealth Sports Medicine and Primary Care is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with a CAQ in Sports Medicine to join their established Hilliard or Canal Winchester locations.
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in the office, performing injections, and pre-participation physicals.

The ideal candidate will be BC / BE in Family Medicine and Fellowship trained in Sports Medicine.

Description :
- Low call - call is shared among 8 practices (19 physicians included)
- 60% Family Medicine 40% Sports Medicine Split- could be variable
- Able to treat patients of all ages, from athletes to physically active people, with the full range of preventive and healthcare services.
