A company is looking for a Regional Assistant to support the Regional Operations Director with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the incoming fleet model for the assigned region
Attend weekly procurement meetings to provide feedback and updates on fleet models
Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments for the regional team
Required Qualifications
2 or more years in a related position supporting a high-level leadership team preferred
Past event planning experience is preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel
Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
