We're seeking a Director of Sales for a beautiful Assisted Living community in North Seattle. They are a certified "Great Place to Work," offering a supportive leadership team, comprehensive benefits (401K, health insurance, PTO), and a strong company culture.
Impactful Role :
In this rewarding position, you'll play a key role in enriching the lives of seniors. You'll lead a dynamic sales team, develop strong relationships with potential residents and their families, and drive new resident move-ins through innovative sales strategies and engaging community events.
Who We're Looking For :
We seek a motivated leader with proven success in sales, ideally with experience in senior living communities. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills are essential.
A passion for senior care and a commitment to ethical sales practices are a plus.
