Litigation Paralegal

One of our favorite law firm clients is seeing a Litigation Paralegal to join a successful team whose cases include a variety of commercial litigation matters.

We are seeking a paralegal with at least five years of experience with state and federal matters.

Responsibilities of Litigation Paralegal will include :

• Performing research
• Communicating with clients and other involved parties
• Handling files through all phases of litigation and trial preparation
• Drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents
• Assisting with discovery
• Preparing trial binders, and preparing and indexing exhibits
• Interviewing witnesses and preparing witness testimonies
• Assisting with the preparation of court proceedings
• Maintaining files and databases, organizing case files
• Assisting in other related areas and with special projects as needed

To be considered, paralegal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a billing paralegal and strong technical skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
