Process Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Description :

Actalent is seeking a Process Engineer with a background in electro mechanical.

Day to day :

• Process Design and Implementation
• Create & maintain documentation for production processes
• Work across multiple operations and engineering departments to implement and sustain process improvements, building processes, documentation, and quality tracking
• Support installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
• Design and implement production processes which will improve efficiency metrics (OTD, LT, Cycle Time, Etc.)
• Lead ISO Internal Audits
• Implement data drive approach in-process and final manufacturing quality analysis
• Provide data for daily and visual metric
• Perform assembly, manufacturing, and integration of systems and products
• Troubleshoot electrical / mechanical problems

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

MUST HAVE :

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ year of experience in electro mechanical processes and troubleshooting
• Ability to interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshooting - root cause analysis
• Lean Manufacturing
