We have partnered with a nationwide family-owned, Full-service design and construction company. They are leading the way in start-to-finish commercial construction projects in over 40 states.
They recently opened a second headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, and are looking for talented individuals in the trades to join their rapidly growing team.
We are actively seeking an Electrical Estimator to support their new construction projects in the Phoenix area. We are looking for talented individuals with Electrical Estimator experience in generating detailed estimates on new construction projects.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in electrical estimating, preferably in the commercial construction industry.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Experience interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Proficiency in electrical estimating software (e.g., Accubid, McCormick, ConEst) and Microsoft
Office Suite
RESPONSIBILITES
Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and
labor estimates for electrical projects.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to understand project
requirements and provide accurate estimates.
Utilize estimating software and tools to generate detailed cost estimates for materials, labor,
equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Conduct on-site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
- Review project plans and identify potential risks, opportunities, and value engineering options to
optimize project costs.
Prepare comprehensive bid packages, including detailed cost breakdowns, proposals, and
supporting documentation.
- Participate in bid meetings, negotiations, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bid documents, and correspondence for future reference.
