Warehouse Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY :

The primary responsibilities of this position will support warehouse logistics & planning, inventory control, construction project parts / material. In addition, tool crib and safety equipment management is a function of this position. This individual must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to keep a neat and orderly workspace and warehouse.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Assists in all warehouse logistics including inbound and outbound freight.
• Provide courier service of project hardware to project construction sites from time to time.
• Process inbound freight on a timely and daily basis with communication to the field project teams.
• Supports inventory management filing system
• Inventory all miscellaneous materials / hardware for the field
• Manages office field safety equipment inventory for the field and supports the check-out / check-in of all field safety equipment.
• Coordinates and communicates expected delivery date expectations of materials / hardware orders back to the field teams.
• Assists in the filing of service paperwork
• Supports the services and construction department in various tasks.
• Process packing lists for orders and freight to the project achieve folders for the appropriate projects.
• Other operational support duties as assigned by the Business Operations Supervisor

HOURS :

Monday through Friday beginning between 6 : 00 am and 7 : 00 am and ending between 4 : 00 pm and 5 : 00 pm, with one hour for lunch. Eight hours per day is required, and occasional overtime may be necessary due to business needs.

Competitive Wages :

$24.75 to $32.63 per hour. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
