Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects
The Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects will drive operational excellence and strategic transformation within Enablement & Support (E&S). This role connects leadership strategy to operational execution by identifying, prioritizing, and managing initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality across the E&S ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an operations-minded strategist who thrives in ambiguity, uses data to identify opportunities, and leads structured improvement efforts that elevate both customer and associate experiences.

Preferred qualifications include :
3+ years of experience in AdTech, program operations, or related technology environments.Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes at scale.Strong collaborator with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Experienced in program or project management, with the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insights into strategic and operational recommendations.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigating ambiguity.Self-starter who is curious, proactive, and unafraid to challenge the norm.Familiarity with structured improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) is a plus.Minimum qualifications include :
