Functional Consultant

1. Experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant. Working knowledge in NA Payroll, Canada Payroll, Absence, Core HR and Benefits 2. Good knowledge on BIP reports, HCM Extracts, Fast formula, Real time integration with 3rd party applications using REST based service operation in HCM Cloud 3. Good knowledge of SQL & PLSQL along with performance tunning experience.

4. Experienced in requirement gathering, design of HCM Cloud requirements including performing Setup's, maintaining Security.

5. Good hands-on experience on requirement gathering for Integrations and Reports developments.

6. Experience in presenting solutions to the client and to the technical team
