Oracle HCM Technical Developer || Jacksonville, FL(Hybrid)

Job Title : Oracle HCM Technical Developer (OIC / VBCS / Financials & HCM)

Location : Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Visa : USC, GC

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) , and deep technical knowledge across both Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules . This role requires a blend of post-go-live support and active development of new integrations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

Work across Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials modules, handling :

50% Day-to-day production support

50% New development using OIC , VBCS , PL / SQL , REST APIs , and other Oracle PaaS tools

Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations across Payroll , Benefits , and Core HR using OIC and REST / SOAP APIs

Build and troubleshoot :

HCM Extracts

HDL (HCM Data Loader) jobs and templates

Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management

• Support functional teams and end users by analyzing issues, providing technical fixes, and managing enhancements
• Create and expose reports using BI Publisher , including REST API-based downstream data sharing
• Participate in unit testing, deployment, code reviews, and technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion

Expertise in :

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) app- and schedule-driven orchestrations

VBCS for UI and application logic

REST & SOAP APIs design and implementation

PL / SQL , ATP DB , and Oracle scripting
