We are seeking a skilled Retention Customer Solutions Agent who can help us retain our existing customers and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, sales experience, and strong empathy skills to understand and address customer concerns and needs.

This is a full-time position with a base pay of $18+ an hour plus bonus and commissions.

$18 - $24 / hour with bonus and commission opportunities - Will vary depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers who are considering canceling their services or have other concerns
• Use active listening and critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and find the best solutions to address them
• Provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers' situations
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive retention and upsell additional products or services
• Meet or exceed retention and sales targets
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong empathy skills and ability to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify and solve problems creatively
• Comfortable with using computer, including CRM systems and call center software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
• Eagerness to go above and beyond to address customer and employee needs
• Ability to fully complete tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner with effective feedback to Hawx operational leadership

Work Location

Ogden, Utah - After 2 weeks of in-office training, remote can be considered.
