As an Administrative Specialist 2, you'll support the Risk Manager and Claims Manager with both administrative and technical expertise. This position offers a balance of program support and hands-on claims workperfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and teamwork.
What You'll Do
- Claims Support : Manage intake, coordinate meetings, update forms, and handle sensitive documents.
- Claims Adjusting : Investigate and document less complex claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance.
- Program Support : Draft correspondence, schedule trainings, maintain files, and keep resources up to date.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications :
Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis;ORAn associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis;ORAn equivalent combination of education and experience.Desired Attributes :
Knowledge of risk management, insurance principles, or related legal / administrative processes.Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.Demonstrated experience handling sensitive or confidential information in compliance with rules, policies, or laws.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear reports, correspondence, and program documents.Experience reviewing and managing documents, contracts, agreements, or claims for accuracy and compliance.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and tools for data analysis and reporting.Ability to analyze data, interpret complex information, and make sound, evidence-based decisions.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively to a team.Benefits of Joining Our Team
