MARKETING COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION : Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the overall marketing and business development of the firm.

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with team members to implement key initiatives and execute comprehensive strategy for the firm's practice groups.

This position reports directly to the Chief Client Officer and Marketing Manager. This role requires strong project management skills / ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

and some WordPress experience is desired. Candidate should have resourcefulness, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent oral and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects with enthusiasm.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in San Diego, CA.

SALARY AND BENEFITS :

$28.00 / hr -$34.00 / hr

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Job duties will include :

• Assistance in maintaining the marketing department's library; including organization of file / records, articles, bios / profiles, events, calendars, etc.
• working with outside team members and consultants to execute firm strategies and campaigns, like publications, social media, and website maintenance
• event logistics and coordination
• maintenance of customer relationship database (CRM) and Marketing Manual / SOPs
• Research and data collection
• supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives as well as development of marketing materials
• assist in logistical planning for presentations and proposals (RFP)

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS :

Candidates must possess a 4-year college degree and 2+ years of legal marketing, or similar writing experience in a professional environment.
