Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders.
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and contribute to their overall growth and well-being.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans and interventions developed by the supervising BCBA or licensed professional.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy and support to individuals with ASD, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions and interventions.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in implementing evidence-based strategies and techniques.
- Continuously develop your knowledge and skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Completion of a recognized RBT training program.
- Strong understanding of the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and its practical application.
