Job Placement Coordinator – Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) Team

Scottsdale Training & Rehabilitation Services (STARS)

STARS is seeking a Job Placement Coordinator to support individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities in achieving job success. This role provides training, coaching, and job placement services while fostering strong partnerships with members, families, and employers.

Key Responsibilities :

Train and coach job seekers through discovery, skill-building, job search, and retention.

Develop and maintain individualized goals, assessments, and progress documentation.

Build employer relationships, coordinate job development, and ensure accommodations.

Maintain accurate records in compliance with Vocational Rehabilitation requirements.

Support member transitions, monitor performance, and facilitate training events.

Collaborate with supervisors, families, and partners to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications :

2+ years' experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (human services, vocational rehab, or related).

AZ driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation, background clearance.

CPR, First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention / Support certifications preferred.
