Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Business Services Manager for its Ames offices. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include : Assisting Business Services Director in the operation and management of the business office with particular focus on claim follow-up, denial management, W / C billing, and corporate billing. Supervises personnel and designs work schedules and assignments. Performs coding and error resolution requiring independent judgement.

Education

High School Diploma, GED or HiSET

Associate degree in business or related field preferred

Days : Monday - Friday

Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Experience

Minimum of 2 years medical office experience

Previous supervisory experience preferred
