What You'll Do

• Talent Acquisition : Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Sourcing : Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and attract top talent across our specialized industries.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
• ATS Management : Utilize Bullhorn ATS to organize pipelines, track candidate progress, and ensure data accuracy.
• Client & Candidate Relationships : Deliver an exceptional experience with transparent, consistent communication and consultative support.
• Brand & Social Media Presence : Leverage your online presence to market job opportunities, promote the firm's services, and expand your personal professional network.
• Market Insight : Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation data, and competitor movements to help guide client strategy.
• Performance & Growth : Achieve and exceed individual and team goals in a high-reward, commission-based environment.
