Real Estate Media Director

As the Director of Real Estate Photography and Videography, you will capture the essence of properties listed for sale and creatively showcase our community events and real estate ventures.

This role demands a blend of technical proficiency and creative flair to produce compelling visual stories that resonate with our target audience.

Compensation :

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Conduct professional photo and video shoots of real estate listings, local attractions, agency events, and client testimonials, and collaborate with third-party listing photography vendors to ensure consistent quality and branding.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure top-quality marketing and social media engagement content.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to stage properties effectively during shoots.
• Manage a busy schedule that includes multiple shoots per week, adapting swiftly to client needs.
• Support marketing initiatives by contributing to the agency’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and professionally presented.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience with at least three years in real estate photography and videography, including a portfolio showcasing at least 100 diverse shoots.
• Proficiency in drone operation with FAA Part 107 license.
• Expertise in editing video with Final Cut Pro X.
• Strong familiarity with Canon EOS R6 Mark II series cameras and motorized gimbals such as the Ronin SC.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively and receiving feedback constructively.
• Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement is available.
