Sandstone Taylorsville is seeking a Lead Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team!

Schedule : Full-time (Tuesday - Saturday 10 : 00AM - 6 : 00PM)
Responsibilities :
As a Lead Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will be responsible for correlating with therapy and MDS on all restorative care, placing braces on patients, walking to dine, helping with our restorative feeders, and proper documentation of restorative care.
You will help manage :
- CNA education
- Charting is completed daily
- CNA education on the daily with any resident complaints
- Overall collaborative monthly training
- Communicate about any patient concerns
- Infection control bins are managed daily
- Helping with weights, and heights
- Follow up with Relias training with CNAs
This is anticipated to be a busy schedule and needs to be someone detail-oriented and wants to own getting this up and running smoothly to overall help with our resident satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Current and Active CNA certification in good standing within the State of Utah
- Detail-oriented
- Must pass a background screen
- Understand and comply with local health regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents, and family members
- Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, and reference inquiry.
