Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Control Analyst to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Specializes in managing and controlling purchasing activities.
  • Oversee the Procurement processes, monitoring vendor performance, analyzing purchasing data, and ensuring compliance with budget and contract requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance by assessing Key Performance Indicators, conducting supplier evaluations, and addressing any performance issues or concerns.
  • Monitoring and controlling the purchasing budget to ensure adherence to program financial objectives. This involves analyzing purchasing spend, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing expenses within approved budgets.
  • Utilizes ManTech internal systems to process transactions, and maintaining an accurate financial ledger.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related discipline.
  • 2 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
  • 4 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Clearance Requirements :

This role requires an active Top Secret

Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
