Litigation Paralegal - Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for the Cleveland office of a national Insurance Defense law firm.

The Paralegal will support the firm's Cleveland attorneys with a variety of litigation matters including insurance defense, transportation, medical malpractice, etc.

The working hours for this position are 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm. Duties include but aren't limited to :

• Assisting with all phases of discovery including preparing requests; collecting and summarizing documents; managing voluminous document productions; and more.
• Preparing, proofreading, and formatting pleadings and other legal documents
• Managing electronic case files within iManage
• Assisting with deposition and trial preparation including preparation of exhibits
• Assisting with witness preparation for depositions and trials
• Entering billable time

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience in a law firm setting
• Proficiency in MS Office
