Job Duties

Supports the Property Management Department to ensure satisfaction and quality of facilities and facility services. Works with the Director to develop facility protocols for preventative maintenance, infection control, joint commission & life safety documentation and emergency response plans.

Evaluate vendor services for pricing, products and ensure alignment with contract agreements. Measure results of budgetary guidelines and department objectives.

Maintain program for preventative maintenance, life safety records and emergency response plans.

Your Qualifications

  • 4 year / Bachelor’s degree in business OR minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the property management field (Required)
  • 2 + years : Minimum two (2) years experience in healthcare facilities or commercial property management. (Required)

Your Skills

  • Manage and maintain records for ambulatory preventative maintenance and life safety requirements.
  • Manage ambulatory tentant access control needs. (granting access, deleting access, lock / unlock services)
  • Conduct quality inspections at ambulatory facilities for environmental services and overall facility conditions.
  • Participate in ambulatory Environment of Care rounding for licensed services.
  • Day to day phone contact and follow-through of tenant requests.
  • New tenant occupancy services (provide Tenant Handbooks, emergency binders, set up access control, issue keys)
  • Prepare, distribute and collect tenant satisfaction surveys annually. Calculate and record data received from survey results.
  • Originate written tenant communications (memo’s, building notifications). Maintain Tenant contact lists required for communication distribution.
  • Budget and account for operating expenses annually including solicitation of quotes, working with construction contractors and vendors to insure completion of projects.
  • Prepare and analyze variance reports comparing budget to actual amounts spent.
  • Prepare rental adjustments twice per year for current year excess billing and prior year rental adjustments.
