Program Project Specialist-1154
Description
Process and manage vehicle lease payment purchaseorders and invoices. Develop and analyze budgets, prepare monthly expenditurereports.
Work on a variety of on-going complex financial projects andactivities in support of agency goals. Process and manage Fuel purchase ordersand invoices.
Responsible for the bulk fuel estimates for purchase orders andthe processing of 100 invoices monthly expenses, revenue, weekly and monthlyoffsets.
Process and manage TPT Tax, Expenditure Corrections and offsets. Reviewand audit PCard users and dollar limits as well as work with accounting toprocess monthly reconciliations.
Authorize employees to receive mobile devicesand multi-function machines for their business needs. Review / approve / rejecttool and equipment requests.
Skills Required Knowledge of budgeting and fiscal management, oral andwritten communications, procurement code, complex analysis, problem solving,and business math.
Experience Required Requires three years of professional office experience toinclude financial analysis, accounting or closely related field.
Experiencewith the State of Arizona Procurement Portal is highly desired.
