As an overseas regional Finance Leader, the candidate would be responsible for overall regional finance management, in support of logistics and supply chain businesses, which are operated in multiple legal entities with involvement of a number of stakeholders in different locations within the region.
Job Responsibilities
1. Financial Controlling : Responsible for overall regional finance management, including but not limited to local entities financial performance, effective communication with local management and headquarters.
Manages all accounting functions for the company in accordance with statutory requirements, generally accepted accounting practices, corporate and division policies, procedures and requirements and provides financial counseling and analysis of the business and other related activities.
2. Accounting & Reporting : Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of delivery for monthly closing, reporting package, financial planning and analysis.
3. Budgeting : Lead and manage the annual budget process by preparing and presenting the budgets through proactive collaboration with the management team, and fulfill the monthly business and financial budget performance review.
4. Treasury : Ensure an effective cash flow forecasting and management system, as well as AR / AP / inventory processes to maximize the utilization of cash flow and capital.
5. Tax : Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe. Manage and coordinate tax audits, provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
6. Internal Control : Develops, implements and monitors internal control procedures to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements as well as corporate control processes and policies, as well as approval systems on relevant business activities.
7. Compliance : Manage all financial policies and compliance process for local authorities' requirements.
8. Investor Relations : Perform investor relations activities to ensure transparency with shareholders.
9. Business Management : Being a key & proactive role for business performance improvement, implementation of business strategic initiatives and tactical plans, etc.
10. Team Management : Provides support, training, counsel and career development advice to employees to ensure their ongoing job satisfaction and professional development.
