As a Backend Developer you will work on cutting edge software solutions and work closely with our development team. This role would be great for someone who has experience as a Full Stack developer or a Back End developer.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of CRM, VMS, and Job Board functionalities using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
- Conduct regular code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain adherence to industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebase for seamless performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to software development.
Qualifications :
- Must be located in Austin or willing to relocate to Austin
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong background in developing CRM, VMS, or Job Board solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring framework, and relevant technologies.
- Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP), databases, and ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with CRM and VMS concepts, job board functionalities, and related integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
