Position : Systems Analyst

Location : Centris Headquarters (132nd & Pacific St)

Summary :

As our Systems Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring Centris remains a leader in the financial industry. Your primary role will involve providing functional expertise, troubleshooting, and support across various departments.

From overseeing lending systems to managing critical daily operations, your contributions will be vital in maintaining exceptional service for our members.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Promote and embody the Centris Vision, Mission, and Values, while actively participating in community involvement initiatives.
• Deliver unparalleled service to both internal and external members, fostering relationships and creating meaningful connections.
• Serve the needs of members by thorough, effective management of our lending systems.
• Oversee, manage, and maintain knowledge of our lending system functionality to maximize the member service experience.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve for any lending system issues.
• Conduct lending system maintenance to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Change Management : System Releases, Server, and Database
• Review and document all system releases.
• Present summary of all releases to testing project team
• Provide response to all release questions.
• Perform all server and database patches.
• Oversee, manage, and maintain knowledge of assigned applications including but not limited to our Lending Systems and Core Banking System.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues.
• Maintain system availability.
• Partner with internal business unit owner(s) to review, test and implement system releases and enhancements.
• Manage and execute critical daily, monthly, and annual processes :
• Execute operations, as well as troubleshoot and resolve any problems which may occur.
• Identify, schedule, and provide systems and software support for all applications.
• Proactively communicate with impacted business units and / or vendors.
• Review, diagnose and perform maintenance as needed for applicable applications.
• Perform system testing.
• Provide functional expertise to the organization to ensure well informed decisions, efficient workflow and effective transaction completion.
• Provide assistance and backup support to the Technology Services department to serve members and ensure continuing operations.

Support may include helpdesk coverage as well as on-call maintenance for hardware and software.
