Lead Business Development - Food

The Arena de Servios team is the new business development front of Stone, marking a strategic evolution from a horizontal business model to a focused approach on specific market verticals. We are a team focused on developing businesses and establishing strategic partnerships within priority ecosystems. Our role is to build growth theses, manage the main alliances, and coordinate with internal Product and Technology teams, with the ultimate goal of increasing Stone's market share and revenue in these verticals.

Principal person responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy of Stone in this ecosystem. Responsibilities include building the operating thesis, opening new business fronts, and leading the management of the main contracts and partnerships with the most strategic players in the sector. Represents Stone institutionally and develops crucial internal alliances with the Product, Technology, Marketing, and Sales Channels teams, ensuring the correct prioritization and demand of the necessary roadmap to win in this market. Additionally, it manages people, directing the acquisition and management of new partnerships.

We expect you to :

  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Food Service ecosystem;
  • Have strong commercial and relational skills;
  • Have business vision and financial acumen;
  • Have the ability to develop internal alliances and navigate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Sales Channels teams;
  • Have the ability to manage and develop the team of Business Developers in the vertical.
