Job Description :
The Marketing CommunicationsCoordinator is tasked with supporting the Corporate Communications team indeveloping and executing its global marketing program utilizing a combinationof online and offline marketing tactics including Public Relations,technical writing, sales enablement, website promotion, video, industry events,and social media support.
This role will have an emphasis on projectmanagement, trade show coordination, sales enablement, and sales trainingdevelopment and coordination.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-taskand meet deadlines. As a primary focus,this role will require coordinating, maintaining, and updating content on socialmedia networks, MACOM’s external website, as well as internal sales andemployee portals.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage content on the MACOM website
- Manage content in sales portal
- Manage and maintain internal employee portal site
- Coordinate all websites content schedule and perform content audits
- Manage Support ticketing system
- Support social media strategy
- Support trade show preparation
- Support corporate press releases
- Support sales training
Role Definition :
- Work collaboratively with corporate communications team, MACOM functional teams and business units
- Daily support for new product introduction process implementation / execution
- Manage MACOM web presence, including content creation
- Metrics tracking and reporting
- Support HR and employee communications programs - implementation / execution
- Execute customer and internal communication newsletters
- Assist with the preparation of trade show and events
- Support social media program with implementation across multiple platforms.
Required Qualifications,Experience, and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, project management and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Business to Business marketing experience preferred
- Semiconductor industry or Technology industry experience preferred
- Experience with database marketing preferred
- Understanding of CRM web platforms.
- Knowledge of web, social network marketing, , database marketing technique
- Strong project management, organizational and planning skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- The ability to work on cross-functional teams
