RoleDescription :
If yourepassionate about helping people and eager to optimize outcomes wewant to talk to you! Our client is seeking licensed NursePractitioners with recent wound care experience to join their team!You will work in multiple settings such as clinic skilled nursingfacilities home health and more.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Evaluateand manage all acute chronic wounds surgical wounds anddermatologic wounds.
- Changedressings.
- Perform medically necessarydebridement.
- Establish plan of care and workwithin protocols established by medicaldirector.
- Accurately performs physicalexaminations on adult patients with acute and chronicwounds.
- Assess diagnose and manage chronicconditions for patient population.
- Communicateswith Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding anychanges in patients condition.
- Providesindividualized patient teaching andcounseling.
Qualifications :
- Nurse PractitionerLicense
- Recent inDepth Wound CareExperience
- Recent experience in advanced woundcare procedures such as debridement
- SkilledNursing Facility Nursing home or Inhome careExperience
- Must be able to pass all backgroundchecks
- Reliabletransportation
