(USA) Staff, Software Engineer: Orchestration Services Lead

Position Summary...What you'll do...About Team : Our team is geographically distributed in the tech hubs across the U.S. and in India.

As product managers, experience designers, software engineers and analysts we aim to secure a user's account while providing the lowest friction possible for them as they go about their business on the Walmart offerings.

What you'll do : Establish as the guardian of the Identity Platform, ensuring solid design and implementation - championing refactoring and driving evolution of the architecture.

Lead the observability of the Identity Platform ensuring reliability, and low MTTD and MTTR. Lead the team in the RCA and resolution of issues / incidents.

Collaborate with counterparts on adjacent teams to advance the charter of Identity as a platform.Liaise with the core platform team to ensure the Identity platform keeps up with the standard of excellence.

Coach other engineers in the build out of a sustainably performant Identity PlatformWhat you'll bring : Proven experience in the design of functional and technical solutions for complex Identity concerns spanning authentication, authorization, and session management.

Expert level, hands-on coding skills on the various frameworks adopted by the team.Evangelist of software engineer patterns, tools, frameworks, and processes.

Passion to secure the customer's account while reducing friction in their digital experience.Compassionate technical coach that leads from the front.

Walmart . The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
