An experienced program / senior project / senior technical manager responsible for hands-on coordination, cross-alignment and delivery / reporting of the various uplift initiatives (process, documentation, automation, etc.). Overall responsible for delivery, ownership, quality and stakeholder management.
Coordinate with internal Google stakeholders / teams and track and report status of activities using emails, sheets, dashboards or other tracking tools.
Contextualize, visualize and communicate the data and insights to a cross-functional audience (product managers, engineering leads, operational stakeholders) via self-service sheets / dashboards and executive slide decks.
Meet, either weekly or bi-weekly, with the Project Manager and/or team members to review and assess progress.
Interacting with Google internal teams as and when needed to get latest developments on the tracked activities.
Notify Google Leadership of any events that deviate from the planned deliverables that causes or may cause an interruption to or reduction in the services provided and that require immediate attention.
BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
2-5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in program management and multi-functional team coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated oral, written and presentation skills.
Experience in the following areas program management, data analytics and reporting.
Tools and technologies: Dashboards, Google Sheets and SQL / PLX.
Familiarity with Android and application development (e.g., Android architecture/administration, Android development, ADB, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with PL/SQL, developing and reporting using dashboards / Google Sheets is also a plus.
