Role Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Manager of Technical Program Management to lead a dynamic team supporting customer programs through the entire NPI lifecyclefrom hardware release to mass production. This leadership role will manage a team of Technical Program Managers while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to deliver mission-critical hardware on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Team & People Leadership

• Manage and develop a team of 57 Program Managers overseeing complex customer programs and manufacturing build schedules.
• Indirectly lead a cross-functional extended team of 510 personnel (e.g., NPI Supervisors, Process & Systems Engineers, Test Engineers, Quality, and Planning PMs).
• Provide mentorship, performance coaching, and career development for Technical program managers.

Salary : $ 163,000K-186,000K+
