Job description

Are you passionate about leading high-impact initiatives that drive innovation in AI for Oracle Database? As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering and managing AI programs working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Databases. This position requires a high degree of personal accountability, autonomy, and the ability to engage effectively with Engineering, Operations, and Product Management teams. You will drive complex, technical programs in a highly visible and fast-paced environment, leveraging strong program management, technical depth, and communication skills.

  • Lead large, complex projects, breaking them down into manageable milestones and ensuring timely delivery against ambitious deadlines.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize complex and sometimes unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources; proactively identify new data sources to enhance business outcomes.
  • Identify and anticipate bottlenecks, provide effective escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance business objectives with technical constraints.
  • Build and nurture collaborative, global relationships with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of progress, goals, and performance.
  • Surface and clarify both stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns, and organizational priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
