We are a leading regional accounting services firm looking for a full-time Receptionist / Director of First Impressions professional to join our Topeka, Kansas office.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients whether in person, on the phone, or via email, as well as providing specialized administrative support to our audit, accounting, and tax professionals.

As our Director of First Impressions, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and callers, ensuring that they receive timely and cheerful attention.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the client reception area and conference rooms with a clean and professional image.

Additionally, you will provide high-level administrative support to all departments and staff. We would like to hear from you if you are an initiative-taking, organized, and friendly professional who enjoys creating a positive first impression.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of recent prior office experience - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Experience with automated accounting systems is a plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - A friendly and professional demeanor.

Addition notes :

The position is hourly, 40 hours per week, with a schedule of 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm during non-busy seasons. May require flexibility in schedule, including Saturdays and / or overtime during busy seasons.
