- Review Supplier Purchase Orders : Ensure smooth operations by reviewing Supplier Purchase Orders. This includes ensuring acknowledgement dates are received and accurately entered into the system for new purchase orders.
- Proactive Management : Stay ahead by proactively reviewing the open Purchase Order Report (Vendor Delinquency) and promptly contacting suppliers regarding past due acknowledgement dates.
- Customer Engagement : Serve as a point of contact for sales inquiries regarding new, updated, or expedited delivery dates on specific part numbers.
- Purchase Order Maintenance : Keep things running smoothly by maintaining and updating Purchase Orders as necessary.
