**Immediate In-Process Inspector Responsibilities

**

• Perform and document in-process inspections using blueprints and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

• Facilitate production flow by counting, labelling, and transporting parts between departments.

• Staging of next production run and routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal functioning.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Future Coiling Apprentice Responsibilities

**

• Monitor machine performance and adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure quality production.

• Assist in the setup and operation of various machines under the guidance of experienced Coiling Operators.

• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal functionality.

**Qualifications

**

• Strong mechanical aptitude a must.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Technical training is a plus.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools are preferred.
