We are looking for an entrepreneurial Community Manager who wants to play a critical role in shaping our community engagement efforts on public forums.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can have a direct impact on TikTok Shop seller education and success.

They enjoy engaging with sellers, monitoring discussions, sharing product feedback, and have excellent written & communication skills.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager / department.

We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities : - Being a subject matter expert on all aspects of being a successful TikTok Shop, such as registration, selling policies, shop features and success levers- Oversee day-to-day forum operations, including monitoring discussions, responding to user inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience- Actively engage in public forum conversations with sellers to clarify / update information, correct misperceptions, and ask probing questions around selling on TikTok Shop that allow us to share feedback with cross functional teams- Work closely with various teams within TikTok Shop to create valuable content, engagement opportunities, and gather user feedback for product improvements- Identify & Report regularly on emerging trends in Seller Forums and report regularly with TikTok Shop teams to ensure we are addressing Seller needs- Gain a deep understanding of our TikTok Shop Seller community and their needs by building authentic and meaningful relationships with and between sellers- Leverage various metrics to analyze web traffic from the TikTok Shop community.

Measure the performance of our initiatives, campaigns, and engagement levels to assess their effectiveness. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

Develop and contribute to online engagement plans, and creating regular touchpoints that drive users to log in, consume, and engage with content and other community members in seller forums

Minimum Qualifications : - 3+ years of relevant work experience building and growing online and offline communities- Strong familiarity with forum platforms and online community dynamics- Demonstrated ability to drive user engagement, retention, and acquisition, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects- Proficiency in understanding and utilizing community metrics and KPIs, with a track record of generating reports that offer insights and recommendations for achieving community goals Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, media studies, business, or related fields.
