Director of Proposals

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Proposals to join our organization and lead our proposal development process.

As the Director of Proposals, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by leading the development and submission of winning proposals for our clients.

You will oversee a team of proposal writers and coordinators, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery of proposals.

Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial opportunity identification to final submission.

Manage and mentor a team of proposal writers and coordinators, providing guidance and support throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal strategies.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscapes, and industry trends. Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and standard proposal components to streamline the proposal development process.

Ensure compliance with client requirements, including formatting, content, and submission deadlines. Review and edit proposals for clarity, coherence, and alignment with client needs.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposal development process.
