Description :

The Project Manager is responsible for supervising a team(s) of field employees in providing services to territory clients that result in the safe disposal of hazardous waste materials in accordance with regulatory requirements.

This role will coordinate subcontractors & field supervisory personnel functions in overseeing the project completion within job requirements and regulatory guidelines.

The PM is tasked with providing guidance and training to operations employees, as well as preparing project estimates in proposal & contract preparation for approval on existing & potential accounts of varying revenue size.

Qualifications :

• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry or related science discipline (strongly preferred)
• Must have 5+ years’ experience within the Hazardous Waste Industry
• 1+ year of Supervisory experience (strongly preferred)
• Strong problem solving, project management / leadership, & communication (verbal / written) skills
• Must be willing / able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (company assisted)
• Must be willing / able to obtain 40-hour HAZWOPER Training (company assisted)
