A Paraprofessional is required to support classroom instruction and student learning in a school setting. This position plays a key role in ensuring that each student has the academic and behavioral support needed to thrive.

Preferred Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education preferred

Experience in a classroom or childcare environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Patience and adaptability when working with students of diverse needs

Duties Include :

Support teachers in delivering classroom instruction

Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce learning concepts

Encourage appropriate social and behavioral development

Prepare instructional materials and maintain a structured environment

Supervise students during classroom and non-classroom activities
