Special Service Plastic is looking for a hands-on 3rd Shift Production Manager to lead and support our overnight production team. This role is key to ensuring production runs smoothly, goals are consistently achieved, and all team members work safely and efficiently. The right candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, supervise, and motivate production team members during 3rd shift.
• Oversee daily production schedules to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Act as a hands-on manager, stepping in to support production tasks as needed.
• Enforce compliance with safety policies, GMP, and company procedures.
• Monitor equipment operation and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Train, coach, and develop staff to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with other shift managers.
• Safely operate a forklift when necessary to support production and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
