National Sales Director, Prospecting Volume Accounts Staffing - Midwest

10 years staffing industry experience required

Location : Midwest (potential for remote work with travel)

Our client, a pioneer in reshaping temporary work through technology and data, is seeking a National Sales Director to spearhead their efforts in acquiring high-volume accounts.

We’re hiring for a National Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand market presence through strategic sales initiatives.

What you will do :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire high-volume accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales tactics.

What we’re looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in acquiring high-volume accounts.
  • Experience selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing sales data.

Required skills :

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on prospecting and acquiring high-volume accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
