Potter Bayern Law is a boutique litigation firm based in Land O’ Lakes, Florida , serving clients throughout Florida, including Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel Dade City, Pasco County, Pinellas County, and Hillsborough County .

We handle commercial, real estate, and business litigation with the sophistication of a large firm and the agility of a boutique. We are seeking a mid-level litigation associate who is ready to take on meaningful cases, develop courtroom experience, and maintain a balanced workload in a collaborative environment.

• Balanced Hours : Billable target of approximately 1,700 hours annually , lower than most litigation firms in the region.
• Quarterly Bonus Structure : Earn a percentage of collected fees from the first dollar collected , paid quarterly .
• Hybrid Flexibility : Three in-office days and up to two remote days from our Land O’ Lakes office. Fully remote may be considered for highly qualified candidates outside the Tampa Bay area.

Total potential compensation : $115,000 – $160,000+
