LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm to hire a skilled Legal Assistant to support its Private Credit practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is looking to contribute to a team handling sophisticated financial transactions and regulatory matters. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office, supporting attorneys who advise clients on private credit investments, fund formation, and related legal issues. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in the Private Credit department Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and transaction-related materials Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics Assist with document organization, filing systems, and transaction tracking Support regulatory filings and compliance documentation Communicate with clients, internal teams, and external parties to facilitate workflow Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Required Qualifications Prior experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm setting Familiarity with financial services, private credit, or transactional law preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong technical skills and comfort with legal and document management platforms Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities Ability to work independently and under pressure while staying motivated Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour Search managed by: R.
